A very versatile to-do list app available on both Andorid and iOS that helps you keep track of your to-dos for the day, schedule appointments, add reminders, track progress and organize your life.

Any.do is particularly helpful if youre having difficulty staying organized and do not have a Personal Assistant with organizing your schedules and appointments.

For those of us who love reading books, Nigerian startup company, Oadabooks is one App that enables you gain access to a vast collection of books.

From your conventional business and management books to the classical fiction and non-fiction titles mostly by African authors are all available for easy download and reading on the Okadabooks App.

The amazing thing about this app is that 90%of the books are FREE and the most of the paid ones are under $1!

Okadabooks App is a great way to stay productive while sitting in traffic or on that flight on business.

For those who work extensively with Word, Excel and PDF files, downloading WPS Office for mobile is one smart thing to do.

WPS Office allows you to not only read all your Documents, but also edit them as well as create new ones on your mobile.

It also has dozens of templates for CVs, memos, letterheads, meetings, presentations, etc.

It doesn’t take up much space on your phone or SD Card memory and barely bugs you with ads while working or reading.

These days, there are loads of apps that allow collaboration and web conferencing, but the tricky thins is most of them are not always mobile-friendly.

Join.me is an online meeting tool that is easy to set up and can be used from any device.

It also has a web version for those who work more with their PC so you don't have to download anything if you choose not to.

It allows free screen sharing and unlimited video conferencing.

Join.me also has a whiteboard feature that enables everyone contribute ideas on the board virtually.

It is available for free on the iOS and Android stores.

One of my own personal favorite apps is the Daily Account app.
Have you been wondering where exactly all your money goes every month and have a really hard time figuring out exactly what you bought?

Not to worry, Daily Account App helps you track all your expenses and monitor your cashflow on your mobile phone.

All you need to do is simply type in the expense or income value as soon as or even before you make it.

And you can generate a spreadsheet report at the end of the week/month/year and know exactly what you’ve been doing with your money.

Pretty similar to the WPS Office app is Evernote.

Evernote lets you create and edit your text documents, jot your ideas and strategies and writing down short notes of your thoughts both on your desktop as well as your mobile device.

It synchronizes both the mobile and web versions so you can always continue your work anywhere, anytime.

No need to carry a jotter and a physical notepad around anymore…even though I’m guilty of this.

Most of us are probably already familiar with the desktop version of Dropbox.

However, most have not yet latched on to the Dropbox mobile app.

Since we spend most of our time on mobile and do a lot of our emails and even presentations on it, it makes a lot of sense to have the Dropbox mobile version.

It works in a similar way to Google Drive with a cloud storage system that enables you upload your documents and attachments and back them up on the cloud with one touch.

Imagine how easy it will be to simply attach your CV or Presentation or Report straight from Dropbox anytime, and from any device anywhere in the world!

Awesome productivity app!

That's my list of top 7 mobile apps that can help you boost your personal productivity.

Will share in the coming weeks, 50 websites you wish you knew earlier.

Watch out for that!

Please share and follow on Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn! 😏
